Rates
$225 for initial intake session (75 minutes)
$180 for 60 minutes - individuals
$190 for 60 minutes - couples
$200 for 60 minutes - families (up to 5 people). additional fee over 5 people in same session.
$350 for 60 minutes for addiction assessments and reports.
Longer sessions are available and are prorated on the rates above.
Insurance
I am a fee-for-service provider which means you will pay for your session at the time of service. I will provide you with a monthly receipt if you chose to submit it to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You will need to check and see if your insurance coverage reimburses for out of network providers. After being licensed for over 25 years, I have resigned from the insurance panels due to the low reimbursement rate from insurance and also due to insurance companies at times attempting to dictate the course or length of treatment. After your intake session with me, I will give you my clinical recommendations based on your needs, not what your insurance company will approve or pay for.
Tele-Counseling or Phone Sessions
Some clients prefer phone sessions or Tele-Counseling due to travel schedules, distance from my office, or personal preference. Phone sessions are voice only and Tele-Counseling is voice and video from your smart device or laptop.
Payment
Preferred method of payment is through Zelle sent directly to my phone number. Apple Pay and all major credit cards are also accepted. There is a 4% service charge fee added to your transaction if you choose to use a credit card. I keep a copy of your credit card on file and bill the session for you upon your request.
Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you intend to cancel your scheduled appointment. If you do not allow me at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged in full for the session. I maintain your credit card information in your file to utilize in such cases. Your card on file will not be charged for any other purposes unless you authorize it to pay for regular sessions.
